What a USFans Spreadsheet Row Actually Tells You

A USFans spreadsheet row is a marketplace link, not proof of stock, a locked price, or a QC pass. How to open the seller page before you paste.

A shared file makes a cell look like a product you can buy today. On a USFans spreadsheet, the cell is a pointer. It names a listing on Taobao, Weidian, or 1688. Whether that listing is still up, what it costs in your currency, and what your own item looks like are decided later, after you paste the link into an agent account.

What the row is good for

Use the row to open the seller page. Weidian product addresses on USFans look like /product/3/{id}. Taobao is the wide consumer marketplace and usually sells a single piece. Weidian is where a lot of smaller clothing and shoe sellers list. 1688 is the wholesale side: the unit price is often lower, and some sellers require more than one piece. Tmall and JD links can go in the same paste box. They are not what most rows on this list are.

What it does not tell you

It does not tell you the item is still for sale. Sellers take listings down, and a copied Google Sheet cannot drop those rows by itself. On r/FashionReps, a common reply under spreadsheet posts is that a link no longer opens, or someone asking a year later whether the file still works.

July 2026 posts titled “Best OG USFans Spreadsheet” pointed at one Google Sheet. Treat them as promotion. This site does not embed that file. Why copied sheets go stale is on the comparison page linked below.

A row also does not lock the price you saw in a screenshot, and a note that a link was still up at the last check only means the source page had not disappeared. It is not a quality pass on the unit you would receive.
