What to check before you paste

The USFans shoes spreadsheet is the footwear part of the same list: sneakers, boots, loafers, sandals, and heels. A title that prints a US or EU size is not a measurement. Open the seller page and compare the centimeter chart with a pair you own before you copy the product URL.

Shoes in a box often bill on volume rather than the scale weight. One pair can cost more to ship than it cost to buy. In warehouse photos, check the colorway, the sole, logos, and scuffs. Pictures already on the row are from earlier orders, not the pair you are about to pay for.

Warehouse photos are explained on QC photos. Postage and the storage window are on shipping.

Match centimetres, not the size in the title

A US, UK, or EU number printed in the row is whatever the seller typed. Two listings that both say EU 42 can differ by half a centimetre. The number to trust is foot length on the seller’s chart.

Take a pair you already wear, lift the insole, and measure it from the heel to the tip of the toe. Match that centimetre figure, then pick the size on the seller page and copy that product URL. Do not copy the row before the size is selected.

What to look at once the pair is in the warehouse

The free photo set is of the pair the agent bought for you. Check that both shoes are there, that they are the same size, and that the colorway, sole, and logos match the listing you paid for. Scuffs and glue marks are the usual reason to reject a pair before you pay to export it.

Pictures already attached to the spreadsheet row are from earlier orders of that listing. They are useful for screening a colorway. They are not a photo of the pair in your parcel.

The box often costs more to ship than the shoes cost to buy

Most international lines bill the higher of scale weight and a volumetric weight from the packed length, width, and height. A shoe box is rigid, so one pair can cost more to post than it cost to buy. The 1kg samples on the shipping page, taken on 29 September 2026, are a floor for a soft parcel. They are not a quote for a boxed pair.

Price the estimate with the box size you actually expect before you pay for the shoes. If you want the warehouse to measure the packed parcel first, rehearsal packing was $2.98 per parcel on a price list checked the same day. Notes from that period also say ¥20. Use the figure on your checkout. Removing the retail box changes the dimensions, and it also removes the protection. The estimate is where you see the difference.
