USFans Spreadsheet FAQ
Answers use the dates on the shipping and QC pages. If a coupon or a quote is older than your checkout screen, the screen wins.
Where is the USFans spreadsheet?
The live list is the USFans sheet. This page explains how to use it. Shared Google Sheets that circulate on Reddit are copies, and those links go dead. You do not need an account to read this guide. You need your own USFans account only when you paste a product link and pay.
What is a USFans spreadsheet?
A list of Taobao, Weidian, and 1688 product links for a buying agent. You paste a link, the agent purchases the item, photographs it, and ships it. The live list is the USFans sheet.
Is USFans only for the United States?
No. The name stands for Universal Fans. Shoppers in Poland, Indonesia, Spain, and Italy use it as well as the United States. Notes for parcels to the US, the UK, Germany, and the rest of Europe are on the shipping page. The interface includes English, German, French, Polish, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. Currencies include USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, PLN, and AUD. Customer service is in English and Chinese.
Does USFans charge a service fee?
A hand check in April 2026 showed a $0 purchasing commission. You still pay the item, international shipping, and customs. An exchange-rate markup of about 11.78% over interbank was measured on 29 September 2026. Confirm both on your checkout.
How many QC photos are free?
Product pages describe 3–7 free high-resolution photos. A platform statement checked on 29 September 2026 says 3–5, covering color, damage, size, and model. Extra shots were about ¥1. See the QC notes.
How long will the warehouse hold my items?
90 days free for agent orders, 60 days for forwarded parcels, checked 29 September 2026. Daily fees after that are not published. Items still in the warehouse after 120 days are destroyed.
Why did the shipping payment differ from the estimate?
Chargeable weight: usually the higher of scale weight and volumetric weight. A 10 August 2026 post described about 7,220g, an estimate near $160, and a payment page near $255. Support said the system estimate and the actual weight can differ. Lines are paid as a deposit and reconciled. Sample 1kg quotes from 29 September 2026 are on the shipping page. For a fresh number, use the USFans estimate with no referral code on this link.
Who pays customs on a parcel to Europe over €150?
On 1 August 2026, USFans support said checkout lets you choose “tax-exemption” or “duty paid by recipient,” and it depends on the destination country.
I already have a link. Where do I paste it?
Open your own USFans account and paste it into the search box on usfans.com. This site does not add a referral code and does not take payment.
What is the difference between Taobao, Weidian, and 1688?
Taobao is the everyday consumer marketplace. Weidian is where many smaller clothing and shoe sellers list. 1688 is wholesale, often cheaper per piece, and some sellers set a minimum order. A USFans spreadsheet is mostly those three, pasted into the agent.
What is chargeable weight?
The figure a line uses to price the parcel. Soft clothes can look light on a scale and still bill higher once packed. Divisors differ by line, so use the estimate tool rather than a fixed $/kg rule from a forum post.
Is this website USFans?
